The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of northern Indiana, 
including the following areas, Adams, Allen IN, Blackford, Cass IN, 
De Kalb, Grant, Huntington, Miami, Wabash, Wells, White and Whitley 
and northwest Ohio, including the following areas, Defiance, Fulton 
OH, Henry, Paulding and Williams.

Rain is diminishing and additional heavy rainfall is not expected. 
Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
