...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Arkansas, including the 
following counties, Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, 
Sebastian and Washington and Oklahoma, including the following 
counties, Adair, Cherokee, Choctaw, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Haskell, 
Latimer, Le Flore, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Nowata, Okfuskee, 
Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Pittsburg, Pushmataha, Rogers, 
Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK.

Widespread heavy rainfall is longer expected to pose a threat. 
Flooding is ongoing and may persist for several days as flood waters 
slowly recede. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
