...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH 
WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following 
  areas, Northern Lycoming, Sullivan and Tioga.

* WHEN...From 2 PM EDT this afternoon through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Showers and thunderstorms will increase in coverage this
    afternoon and evening. Periods of heavy rain may produce
    amounts of 1 to 2 inches, with localized higher amounts
    possible. This amount of rain falling on already saturated
    ground could result in flash flooding.
