The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of north central and 
northeast Texas, including the following areas, in north central 
Texas, Collin, Dallas, Ellis, Fannin, Grayson, Hunt, Limestone, 
Navarro and Rockwall. In northeast Texas, Delta, Hopkins, Lamar and 
Rains.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being 
cancelled.
