Maryland, including the following area, Washington, Virginia, 
including the following areas, Clarke, Frederick VA and Western 
Loudoun, and West Virginia, including the following areas, Berkeley, 
Hampshire, Jefferson and Morgan.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood 
Watch is being cancelled.
