The heavy rain has ended and will continue to decrease in intensity 
through the overnight hours. Flood waters are continuing to recede 
and the river is currently crossing below the threshold for minor 
flood stage. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat as 
waters are expected to continue receding through the night. 
Therefore, the Flood Advisory is being cancelled.
