...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Alabama, including 
  the following counties, in north central Alabama, Limestone, 
  Madison and Morgan. In northwest Alabama, Lawrence.

* WHEN...Until 415 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams 
  continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. 
  Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 220 PM CDT, the public reported flooded streets near
    southeast Decatur due to heavy rain from thunderstorms.
    Between 1 and 2 inches of rain has fallen with additional
    rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inches possible.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Huntsville, Decatur, Madison, Athens, Hartselle, Redstone
    Arsenal, Meridianville, Moores Mill, Hazel Green, Priceville,
    Trinity, Falkville, Ardmore, Triana, Huntsville International
    Airport, Marshall Space Flight Center, University Of Alabama
    In Huntsville, Harvest, Tanner and Alabama A And M
    University.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
