* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Arkansas River at Van Buren.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, minor lowland flooding occurs along the 
  shoreline from the I-540 bridge east towards Lavaca.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 22.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is falling and is expected to drop below
    flood stage just after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
