The Flood Advisory will expire at 945 AM CDT this morning for 
portions of northwest Arkansas, including the following counties, 
Benton, Carroll, Madison and Washington and Oklahoma, including the 
following counties, Adair, Cherokee, Delaware and Mayes.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
