...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Oconee River near Penfield.

* WHEN...Until this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 15 feet, Minor flooding continues to expand into 
  fields...woodlands and pastures...mainly on the right bank of the 
  river...upstream and downstream from the gage on the Georgia 
  Highway 15 bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:00 AM EST Sunday the stage was 14.7 feet and falling.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this morning and continue falling to 11 feet this
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 13 feet.
