...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 1230 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 1230 AM CDT early this morning for 
portions of central, east central, and southeast Illinois, including 
the following areas, in central Illinois, Shelby. In east central 
Illinois, Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar and Moultrie. In 
southeast Illinois, Effingham.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
