* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, The inundation of county roads begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 27.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is cresting and will begin to fall
    Tuesday morning. It is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Wednesday afternoon and continue falling to 23.6 feet
    Monday, May 12.
  - Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
