The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  the Yellow River at Plymouth.

  - At 9:45 PM EDT Thursday /8:45 PM CDT Thursday/ the stage was
    10.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 11.9 feet tomorrow evening.
    It will then fall to 11.4 feet early Sunday morning. It will
    rise to 11.6 feet Sunday evening. It will then fall again and
    remain below flood stage.
