The Flood Warning will expire at 10 AM CDT this morning for portions 
of northeast Kansas, including the following areas, Atchison and 
Doniphan and Missouri, including the following areas, Andrew, 
Buchanan, Nodaway and Platte.

Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
