The Flood Advisory will expire at midnight EDT tonight for portions 
of east central, northeast, and southeast Kentucky, including the 
following areas, in east central Kentucky, Menifee. In northeast 
Kentucky, Johnson. In southeast Kentucky, Breathitt, Clay, Jackson, 
Knott, Lee, Leslie, Magoffin, Morgan, Owsley, Perry and Wolfe.

The heavy rain has ended and high water is receding. Please continue 
to heed remaining road closures.
