The Flood Warning is cancelled Avery and McDowell counties in North 
Carolina.

Flood waters have receded along the Linville River, the North Toe 
River, the North Fork Catawba Rivera and associated tributaries.  
Therefore, the Flood Warning is cancelled for Avery and McDowell 
Counties.  Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 AM EDT for portions of 
North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina...
