...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Cabarrus County in the piedmont of North 
  Carolina.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 702 AM EST, Runoff from last night's heavy rainfall will
    cause out of bank conditions to develop along the West Branch
    Rocky River this morning.
    Watch for flooding of low lying areas along the river,
    especially near Poplar Tent and Cox Mill Roads, and near
    Rocky Ford and Shearer Roads.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    West Concord, Harrisburg and Charlotte Motor Speedway.
