...FLOOD ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Advisory is cancelled for a portion of central North 
Carolina, including the following areas, Anson, Montgomery, Moore 
and Richmond. However, a second Flood Advisory remains in effect 
just east of this area.

The heavy rain has ended in this area. Flooding is no longer 
expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road 
closures, and be alert for ponding of water on roads.
