...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina, including the 
  following counties, Sampson, Wayne and Wilson.

* WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is 
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 258 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Goldsboro, Clinton, Mount Olive, Wilson, Elm City, Fremont,
    Walnut Creek, Harrells, Sharpsburg, Lucama, Stantonsburg,
    Black Creek, Pikeville, Garland, Newton Grove, Saratoga,
    Turkey, Eureka, Seven Springs and Grantham.
