In southern New Hampshire, Hillsborough. * WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 201 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Very saturated soil and ongoing rain will contribute to ponding of water and runoff through the afternoon. Rainfall rates are expected to remain fairly steady, near two tenths of an inch per hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Concord, Henniker, Hopkinton, Antrim, Hancock, Bradford, Francestown, Bennington, Nelson and Deering. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
