The Flood Warning is cancelled for portions of east central Ohio, 
including the following areas, Columbiana and Jefferson OH, 
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Beaver, 
Butler and Washington, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia, 
including the following area, Hancock.

The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining 
road closures.
