...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following 
  county, Sullivan.

* WHEN...Until 530 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 328 PM EST, Heavy rain is exiting the advisory area.
    However, minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Muncy Valley, Lincoln Falls, Kettle Creek Gorge, Ricketts
    Glen State Park, Shunk, Dushore, Laporte, Forksville, Eagles
    Mere and Hillsgrove.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
