The Flood Warning will expire at 130 PM EDT this afternoon for 
portions of southwest Pennsylvania, including the following area, 
Washington and the northern panhandle of West Virginia, including 
the following areas, Brooke and Ohio.

Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 AM EDT Sunday for portions 
of east central Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
