...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM AST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall 
  continues.

* WHERE...Naguabo.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM AST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams 
  continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. 
  Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be 
  passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 733 AM AST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is
    ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
    Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Rio Espiritu Santo, Rio Mameyes, Rio Cubuy, Rio Anton Ruiz,
    Rio Blanco, Rio Santiago and Rio Icacos.
    Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
    warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
