...FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 2 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Warning will expire at 2 PM EDT this afternoon for a 
portion of central South Carolina, including the following areas, 
Bamberg and Orangeburg.

River gauges along the Edisto continued to indicate falling river 
levels.  Water levels will continue to lower and the river will 
return to within it's banks through this evening.
