  North Fork Holston River Near Gate City VA affecting Scott, 
  Sullivan and Hawkins Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in 
Tennessee...Virginia...

  Clinch River Near Speers Ferry VA affecting Scott and Hancock 
  Counties.

  Clinch River Above Tazewell TN affecting Hancock, Grainger and 
  Claiborne Counties.

  Powell River Near Arthur TN affecting Union and Claiborne 
  Counties.

For the Clinch River...including Cleveland VA, Speers Ferry VA, 
Tazewell TN, NORRIS DAM TAILWATER, NORRIS DAM RESERVOIR, MELTON HILL 
DAM RESERVOIR, MELTON HILL DAM TAILWATER...Moderate flooding is 
forecast.
For the Powell River...including Jonesville VA, Arthur TN...Moderate 
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Flooding is occurring or is imminent. Most flood related deaths 
occur in automobiles. Do not attempt to cross water covered bridges, 
dips, or low water crossings. Never try to cross a flowing stream, 
even a small one, on foot. To escape rising water find another route 
over higher ground.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...North Fork Holston River near Gate City VA.

* WHEN...Until late this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Caution stage.
  At 12.0 feet, Water begins to cover River Road and some low lying 
  county roads.
  At 14.0 feet, Flooding begins on North Holston River Drive beneath 
  the West Carters Valley Road bridge. County Road 614 is cut off 1 
  1/2 miles downstream from the Highway 23 bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:15 PM EST Monday the stage was 15.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 1:15 PM EST Monday was 15.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this afternoon and continue falling to 4.0 feet Saturday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
