...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 1 AM EST EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 1 AM EST early this morning for 
portions of southwest North Carolina, including the following areas, 
Cherokee and Clay and east Tennessee, including the following areas, 
Bradley, Loudon, McMinn, Monroe and Polk.

Flood waters are receding. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat. More light to possibly moderate 
showers are moving into parts of southeast Tennessee and southwest 
North Carolina at this hour. The showers may continue another hour 
or two. This may delay some of the runoff. Please continue to heed 
remaining road closures.
