...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and north central Texas, including 
  Comanche and Eastland Counties.

* WHEN...Until 115 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over roadways. Ponding of water on roadways is occurring or 
  is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This
    will likely cause urban and small stream flooding. Low lying
    and/or poor drainage areas will experience minor flooding in
    the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Eastland, Cisco, Gorman, Rising Star, Lake Olden, Lake Leon,
    Pleasant Hill, Carbon, Staff, Nimrod, Kokomo, Sabanno, Okra,
    Sipe Springs, Olden, Rucker, Desdemona, Scranton and Pioneer.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
