  - Forecast...The river will rise to 3.9 feet early tomorrow
    afternoon. It will then fall to 3.6 feet Thursday morning. It
    will rise to 3.8 feet Thursday evening. It will then fall to
    3.5 feet early Friday afternoon. It will rise to 3.8 feet
    early Saturday afternoon. It will then fall again and remain
    below flood stage.
