...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 7 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 7 AM CDT this morning for a 
portion of the Panhandle of Texas, including the following areas, 
Armstrong, Carson, Deaf Smith, Oldham, Potter and Randall.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1200 AM CDT Wednesday for 
portions of the Panhandle of Oklahoma and the Panhandle of Texas...
