...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM CST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Palo Pinto and Parker Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Ponding of water on roadways is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This
    will likely cause urban and small stream flooding. Low lying
    and/or poor drainage areas will experience minor flooding in
    the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Mineral Wells, Brock, Graford, Poolville, Gordon, Palo Pinto,
    Cool, Lake Mineral Wells, Lake Palo Pinto, Palo Pinto
    Mountains State Park, Strawn, Millsap, Mingus, Adell,
    Advance, New Salem, Salesville, Brazos, Lone Camp and
    Bennett.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
