Ive Reservoir. Movement was east at 30 mph. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The heaviest rainfall of 2 1/2 to 3 inches extended from Mertzon to San Angelo to Veribest, Harriet and Lowake. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
