...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Walnut Creek near Mansfield.

* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Minor flooding will occur along the creek 
  through Mansfield, downstream of Joe Pool Lake. By 19 feet, Retta 
  Road is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 16.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this afternoon to a crest of 19.3 feet late this afternoon.
    It will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon.
