* WHERE...Pease River near Vernon.

* WHEN...From this morning to tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Near bankfull conditions extend along the 
  Pease River in northern Wilbarger County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 7.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The Pease River is expected to rise to a crest of
    13.3 feet tomorrow morning.
  - Action stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
