...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 3 PM MDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 3 PM MDT this afternoon for a 
portion of southern Utah, including the following area, Panguitch in 
Garfield County.

The heaviest rain has ended, but periods of light to moderate rain 
will continue intermittently this afternoon. Urban and small stream 
flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
