...The Flood Advisory is cancelled for the following rivers in 
Utah...

  Sevier River Near Hatch affecting Kane, Garfield, Iron, Piute and 
  Sevier Counties.

.Flows have decreased below action stage and are expected to remain 
as such, so the advisory is cancelled.

Note while the water has retreated to a safe channel capacity, flows 
remain fast and cold. Continue to maintain a safe distance from 
waterways.
