The Flood Warning will expire at 1 AM EDT early this morning for 
portions of central and northwest Virginia, including the following 
areas, in central Virginia, Albemarle, Greene and Orange. In 
northwest Virginia, Madison.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
