The Flood Advisory will expire at 945 PM EDT this evening for 
portions of central and north central Virginia, including the 
following areas, in central Virginia, Hanover. In north central 
Virginia, Caroline.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining 
road closures.
