The Flood Advisory will expire at 830 PM EDT this evening for a 
portion of central Virginia, including the following areas and 
independent city, City of Richmond, Goochland, Hanover and Henrico.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining 
road closures.
