...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and eastern Virginia, including 
  the following counties, in east central Virginia, Essex, King 
  William, King and Queen, Richmond and Westmoreland. In eastern 
  Virginia, Lancaster and Middlesex.

* WHEN...Until 745 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 540 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
    has fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    King William, Tappahannock, Warsaw, King And Queen Court
    House, Saint Stephens Church, Robley, Dunnsville, Millers
    Tavern, Center Cross, Stevensville, Sharps, Jamaica,
    Haynesville, Aylett, Farnham, Morattico, Manquin, Upright,
    Howertons and Crouch.
