...FLOOD ADVISORY HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

The Flood Advisory is replaced by a Flash Flood Warning for portions 
of east central, eastern, south central, and southeast Virginia, 
including the following areas, in east central Virginia, Charles 
City, King William, King and Queen and New Kent. In eastern 
Virginia, Middlesex. In south central Virginia, Prince George. In 
southeast Virginia, Gloucester and James City.

The threat of flooding continues and a Flash Flood Warning is now in 
effect. Please refer to that bulletin for more information.
