The Flood Advisory will expire at 230 PM AST this afternoon for 
Saint John and Saint Thomas.

The heavy rain has ended. However, new showers could still develop 
late this afternoon and evening, and a new Flood Advisory may be 
required later today. Urban and small stream flooding is no longer 
expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road 
closures.
