The Flood Warning will expire at midnight EDT tonight for a portion 
of southern West Virginia, including the following counties, Fayette 
and Raleigh.

The heavy rain had long since ended, and flood waters have receded. 
Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed any remaining road closures.
