...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM TO 11 AM MST
FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 3 below expected.

* WHERE...Southwest Mountains.

* WHEN...From 5 AM to 11 AM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Bitter cold temperatures as cold as 10 degrees, and below
  zero wind chills, will increase vulnerability to hypothermia for
  people and animals. Exposed pipes may burst.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northwest winds will gust up to 30 mph.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
