...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 PM CDT
FOR WHITE...NORTHERN GALLATIN AND POSEY COUNTIES...

At 326 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles west of Grayville to near Crossville to 8
miles northeast of Shawneetown, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Omaha, New Haven, Mount Vernon, Griffin, Maunie, New Harmony,
Phillipstown, Crossville, Carmi, Grayville, and Ridgway.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 64 in Indiana between Mile Markers 1 and 10.
 Interstate 64 in Illinois between Mile Markers 122 and 130.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
