  Coastal Waters from Cape Elizabeth, ME to Merrimack River, MA out
  25 NM...

* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 451 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 6 nm northwest of Portsmouth to 11 nm west of
  Newburyport to 19 nm west of Rowley, moving northeast at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  The Mouth Of The Merrimack River, Hampton, York, and Portsmouth.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
