  extending from 12 nm west of Lewiston to 8 nm west of Sunset Bay,
  moving northeast at 50 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

  Youngstown, Grand Island, Lewiston, and Niagara River.
