* At 852 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 nm southeast of
  North Cape, moving northwest at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and large hail. Gale-force wind 
           gusts may occur well-ahead of this storm.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in 
           structural damage.
