  extending from 13 nm north of Fairport Harbor to 18 nm north of
  Avon Point, moving northeast at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
