  along a line extending from Pierport north of Manistee 
  southwestward to near Sheboygan, Wisconsin moving southeast at 20 
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 45 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
